The complex features 2 swimming pools, 1 for children, with gorgeous sun terrace and garden.
All the apartments and rooms have a balcony. Some units have a kitchenette with a fridge, kettle, and microwave. They also have satellite TV. Safe and Wi-fi upon request with extra charge. A fan during summer is also provided to guests.
The buffet restaurant serves Mediterranean cuisine and overlooks the pool and gardens. There are also 2 bars, where free WiFi is available.
There is an adults’ pool and a children’s pool, as well as a tennis court. Free parking is also available to guests.

Rate parity is a legal agreement between a hotel and the OTA (Booking.com, Expedia, etc) providing the same rates for the same room on all the distribution channels. Basically the customer, when booking through an OTA, is paying the Base Price + The Service fee to the OTA
The base price is what the accommodation provider charges for your stay, and the service fee is what the OTA charges for helping you book your stay.
So, let’s say the base price for your accommodation is 1,000€. When you book through an OTA, you’ll also need to pay a service fee of minimum 15%. This means that you’ll pay an extra 150€ for the OTA’s services. The total cost of your stay will be 1,150€ – that’s the base price plus the service fee.
