The property is only a ten-minute stroll from the beautiful quiet Cala Vadella beach, with its spectacular sunsets and incredible views, a laid-back area near San José (Sant Josep de Sa Talaia), the highest point on the island.
The complex features a swimming pool (with children’s section), à la carte restaurant, children’s playground, a large outdoor chill-out area.
All the apartments and studios have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, a living room, an equipped kitchenette, balcony and views over the pool or garden. The penthouse apartments also have sea view.
Children of any age are welcome but they are considered as adults at this property. A free cot can be added upon request. There’s no possibility to add extra beds.

Rate parity is a legal agreement between a hotel and the OTA (Booking.com, Expedia, etc) providing the same rates for the same room on all the distribution channels. So, let’s say the base price for your accommodation is 1,000€. When you book through an OTA, you’ll also need to pay a service fee of minimum 15%.
