This farmhouse villa is situated just 5 km from Ibiza Town, in a very quiet area in the countryside close to Santa Gertrudis, Santa Eulalia. Ibiza Airport can be reached by car in 10 min (11 km).
Built in 1850 and renovated in 2006 this property has tiled floors and whitewashed walls. This air-conditioned house has a total of 7 rooms, of which 6 are doubles and 1 is a suite. It also has its own garden and terrace. There is a children’s playground on site and parking is provided for those arriving by car.
All the rooms are equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom (with free toiletries) and many facilities such as air conditioning (hot and cold), coffe maker, a hairdryer, a double or king-size bed, a direct dial telephone, a hi-fi system, a safety deposit box, a satellite TV, a minibar and free WiFi Internet access.
There is an outdoor swimming pool, complete with children’s paddling section, poolside snack bar and sun loungers and parasols on the sun terrace so guests can soak up some sun. Massages are also available for a small additional fee. A continental breakfast is served each morning, while lunch and dinner may be ordered à la carte.
The property also has an independent two bedrooms luxury villa, with Jacuzzi.
Laundry service is provided to guests with extra charge.
Children of any age are welcome. A free cot can be provided upon request. Extra bed has an additional fee (upon request)
