For this reason Cancellation policies NEVER cover anymore Covid-19 situations, like for example: one or more of the guests infected, flight canceled / delayed, government restrictions to travel, failure to meet mandatory travel requirements or other similar events. Official cancellation policy selected upon reservation will only be applied. Please refer to your original booking confirmation which outlines the cancellation policy that applies to your booking.

It is not possible to stay at none of our properties for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. In case of booking any accommodation for this purpose and have the service been denied upon check in, Leibtour.com will only refund the guest according to the selected cancellation policy. No other special cancellation policies will apply.
