This property is located in a top rated area, close to the best night clubs and beautiful beach of Playa den Bossa and Figueretas. The building is seafront with a privileged location between the world-famous Playa d'en Bossa and the center of the city (please note: not all the studios and apartments have sea view!). Each apartment has a private terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 24H reception offering luggage storage service. Luggage room with shower is also available to guests.  The apartments and studios have been refurbished and fitted out with new furnishings.

They are now air conditioned and have a fully-equipped bathroom with a hairdryer, a fully-equipped kitchenette, with microwave, fridge, a plasma TV with cable channels, a safe (free of charge), telephone and balcony. Some accommodations offer a sea-view. The apartment facilities have been refurbished and given a modern feel. There is a swimming pool with sea views for guests to enjoy.
