Located in the heart of San Antonio, only 200 m from Ibiza’s San Antonio Beach, the property is set on a pedestrian street very close to everything but very quiet at night. The building has 5 floors including the ground floor, where the reception is located next to the cafeteria and lounge.
There's a 24-hour reception and a café-bar. The rooftop terrace offers a small outdoor pool with hammocks and lovely 360 degree panoramic views of the Ibiza sunsets or San Antonio bay. The best sunset place in Ibiza.
Each of 41 studios is 30m2 and has a private balcony (except standard studios, without balcony), some of them with views of the town. The kitchen area includes an electric hob and a fridge. A safe can be rented on request. The accommodations are furnished with wooden furniture and attractive upholstery. Air conditioning can be hired at reception for 9 euros a day.
Each apartment has a small kitchen and a bright bathroom. Individual balconies overlook the pedestrian streets, except for nine which look on to a very bright and quiet backyard.
