This lovely property is set in a very quiet town area in the north-east Ibiza, in the Siesta district in Santa Eulalia, and is only 1 min walk to Siesta beach and 500 meters from Santa Eulalia beach and promenade. The famous only Ibiza river can be reached within a 2 min walk.

The building offers duplex apartments (on 2 floors) with a nice balcony and patio area allowing to the guests access to the complex swimming pool, including a shallow end for children.

All of the apartments at this property have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one on the ground floor and the other one on the first floor), lounge-diner, and a kitchenette including a fridge, microwave and kettle. A safety deposit box is provided for a surcharge. Internet access is available on request and for an additional charge.

Towels change is provided twice a week, while sheets change once a week.

A private parking is available for 5€/day.

Children of any age are welcome but from 3 years old they are considered as adults at this property. A cot can be added upon request with 7€/night extra.
